After years of planning and design, we finally broke ground at the end of October 2018. The fantastic team from Midlands Horse Arenas arrived with their army of diggers and began the groundwork, clearing the areas for the indoor arena, outdoor arena and the car park.
Progress was swiftly made and by 19th December 2018, the first lorry load of steel arrived. Paul Huxley Engineering had a team working night and day to get the framework erected.

With a short break over Christmas and New Year, which seemed to go on forever to us, by the 18th Jan 2019 the whole frame was up. Work began on the roofing and sheeting.

So by the End of January, we had the framework up, all areas clear ready for continuing groundwork and the area prepped ready for the construction of the outdoor school.

In the meantime, we have also been busy recruiting some of the staff needed for the competition centre. We welcomed Dave Johnson as Maintenance Engineer and Heather Wyles as Office Manager. We are so excited to have them on board.
